SNOWMAN

It has been a week since the last time it snowed, but this is the first time I have been able to sit down and blog. Last Tuesday when it snowed it was only a few inches, but we decided we would make a snowman anyways. It was so cute how the boys helped and they loved it! It didn't have a face or anything, but it was fun.

Mak the Dog Trainer

Mak has learned that Justice knows tricks. He has been going around the house telling him to sit, shake, lay down and roll over. It is so cute and has taken me forever to get a picture of it because he and the dog don't like to hold still for very long. Well, today I did one better than a picture I got a video of it. Unfortunately once the camera came out he lost track of what he was doing. So I cued him in on a few things. Apparently I wasn't very sneaky like I thought, still it is cute!

BEST FRIENDS!!!

They were laying behind me as I did the dishes!

This picture was taken by Eric while I was at work. They actually did this, this wasn't Eric manipulating anything. He found them like this! So cute, BFFL!!!

Big Brother

Mak has been really cute lately. When Carson cries, he pats his head and says "it OK Carson". Well yesterday, he was upstairs playing and came down to get something. He got into the front closet, and pulled out a diaper and wipes. When I asked what he was doing he replied "diaper change", then went back upstairs. Puzzled I followed him (with a camera of course) into my room. On the bed was one of my old baby dolls that the boys found...well just look!

He got just a little bit frustrated because the diaper was way too big for the doll...
so mommy helped just a little bit.

Please excuse my mess...I hadn't cleaned my room yet!

It's only Tuesday??!

This week school has started again. It was a stressful day yesterday, not just because of the thought of going back to school, but Carson has been sick. He has been puking and having diarrhea on and off since Friday. Poor kid. It has been miserable around here. So going to school yesterday was hard for me because I don't like leaving the boys when they are sick. He did fine though, and for me the day went well. I found out I didn't have to have a book in my music class, so that means money back!!! That's great. This semester I have 5 classes again. Music, Physiology, Lab, American History, and English. I am a little nervous about the Physiology class. He does all this work, and tests in essay questions. Apparently that is how we learn better. I am so not good at essay questions. This will be challenging. All the other classes should be fine. My history teacher is a huge movie buff and he compares everything to movies. We can also get extra credit for watching a movie from his favorites list and writing a review. How easy!! English is just writing all this crap, and music should be easy. I hope this semester goes smooth for me. Last semester was tough. Almost done though, so I can do this!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012!!

I hope everybody had a great New Years Eve. We spent ours with my sister-in-law playing games and just having fun. With this new year now here, it makes me think back on the last year. We have had a rocky year, complete with ups and a whole lot of downs! I am like every other American and I make a New Years Resolution every year, however that usually doesn't get fulfilled. This year however, Eric and I have decided that we some change in our lives. We made up one together. We have decided that in 2012 we are going to get rid of as much debt as we possibly can. Now we are not going to go all Nazi about this like Dave Ramsey, but he has a lot of good points. I think we have figured out a system that will work for us. Hopefully we can stick to this and get things put back into place. This past year has been very hard for us. Like I said before many ups and downs, and if it had not been for good friends and family we wouldn't be where we are today. Thank you to everybody who has helped us in the past year, you know who you are. We really appreciate it a lot.
I wish everybody out there a whole lot of love and good luck in this up coming year! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Christmas 2011

This Christmas was sort of exciting. The boys are older and understanding more about what Christmas is. Their faces were priceless! The only problem was they didn't go to bed until about 4 am. We had Eric's brother Bryan, and my brother Daniel over and played games til way late...or early. It would have been more fun for everybody had Eric not won every single game we played! It was nice to be together though. Fun times... So since the boys didn't go to be until 4 I had to wake up before them to put out their Santa things. That didn't work out so well, they woke up at 8:30! I had to have Eric barricade them in our room until I came back to get them. I could hear them crying...it was worth it though to see their smiles. They had a good haul this year...spoiled kids! (Please excuse the blurry pictures...my kids touched my lens and i can't get it clean, and they were moving a lot!)

This is how they all slept last night.

They are in their jamies from Xmas Eve

Mak actually opened his a few days prior to Christmas...Stinker!

Santa brought trucks...

A Tool bench...

and more trucks!

Dumping his stocking. After he was done with his, he took it into his hands to dump out Carson's.

I love this picture!! I don't know whether he was surprised or what!

Now the drill...sorry it's blurry.

After our Christmas we went over to my mom's house and had more Christmas. Before we opened presents, we got the chance to talk to Ryan (my sister on a mission). It was really nice to talk to her. She sounded really good, and like she is doing great! Love you sis!!

The boys didn't last long.

In this picture Eric is holding Carson back so he didn't get into Nhala's presents

He didn't understand, poor guy.

Nhala liked the boys' monster trucks better than her stuff!
So as you can tell, we had a great Christmas. We had a brunch at Eric's mom's, and got to spend time with his family there. It was nice to have a relaxing day for once. Merry Christmas everybody!!!
